DID YOU KNOW THAT HAIR LIKES HONEY AND EGG WHITES?

Find out in a few minutes how to control hair fall, split ends, enhance shine, softness and grow hair faster. I save the best for last! Use a all natural approach hair mask, yep you read right, a hair mask involving egg whites and natural honey if possible. If there is one thing hair likes, it's definitely honey and egg whites!

Okay... I am going to give you the list of ingredients to use and if you don't already have it readily available just refer back to this blog when you do. Please wash your hair a day before you apply the ingredients, it works best with clean dry hair.

1. A bowl

2. Pure honey/or store bought

3. Three egg whites only/ it packs protein

4. Mix everything together in a bowl/mixture will be thick

All ingredients are based on the thickness and length of hair so please adjust as needed. If you get a little yolk in the mixture it is ok but not too much!! Apply mixture all over the hair, working from the roots down to the ends. Place hair in a bun style if possible for as long as possible with mixture soaking into hair follicles. When you are ready to rinse the hair please do so with cold water thus warm or hot water will cook the egg white in the hair, and you do not want that to happen. Let the hair air dry for best results. It is budget friendly, and worth trying, do this once a week and enjoy!!!

DID YOUKNOW OATMEAL IS A GREAT MOISTURIZER?

Who says oatmeal is frumpy? Ok....... maybe it is a just a little bit, but in a good way!! Oatmeal is actually great for the skin, even those with sensitive skin. It is healthy to eat and for a face mask. Yes it is very true. You can either use water to dampen the oatmeal or use milk to moisten the oats just enough to make a slight paste and apply to the face. Spread it evenly over the face and or body, with some honey and let it sit for a few minutes. Wash it away gently and feel how smooth and soft the skin has become. Your welcome!!! Ladies it does wonders, it is great stuff, try it and see what you have possibly been missing! Thank you for stopping by, enjoy.
Hello hello everyone!!!!! This evenings post will be referencing how to improve collagen to help keep the skin and face looking and feeling younger. I mentioned in an earlier post about moisturizing.   It is very important to take care and appreciate the mind, body, skin, and soul!!

When looking for moisturizers it is best to look for serums instead of creams. Why is that ?? Well creams sit on top of the skin and serums absorb into skin. You see, the cells are small and serum has more of a water base versus creams. Serums are soaked up helping to boost the collagen and rejuvenate. A vitamin C serum is a great start for that facial boost! You may also add the serum with melted unrefined Shea butter, olive oil, and coconut oil all mixed together to apply to the body and hair. Portions depend on how many uses your aiming for; just remember to use more Shea butter and less of the other items except for the serum, use equal amounts to the Shea butter if you wish.  Thank you for stopping by!!!

CO-WASH

Hi everyone and thank you for once again returning to my blog!! For those of you that are new visiting for the first time thank you sooooo much for your time! Let's get started shall we? How many of you have heard the term co-wash for hair? Many of you have and many of you have not I presume; that is where I come in to explain exactly what it is.

Co-Wash is short for a conditioner wash without the use of shampoo. Some say that shampoo strips the hair of natural oils and others say shampooing is necessary everyday to avoid the build up of oils and products that may cause dandruff. I guess ultimately it boils down to your own personal preference.

How to do a co-wash. Do you sweat a lot ? If the answer is yes then this may be of use for you! Salt builds up in the hair from sweat causing the hair to break and split. You definitely don't need for that to happen if you are trying to regain or maintain healthy hair. A solution to that would be to put conditioner on your hair before going to workout, focusing on the scalp. It is important to do this because it helps to keep moisture in the hair and the scalp. Do that every time before doing a workout or something that may cause perspiration to your body :) such as working outdoors you get the point, and then rinse it in the shower to keep the scalp free of build up and unclogged follicles. You can do it as often as you wish to protect the hair and help grow it. Always remember salt in the hair is not good, wash immediately!!! When you rinse the conditioner out of the hair, add more conditioner to the hair and braid it up or just let it air dry if you wish and style as you wish. The less heat you use the better for the hair. I believe you can wet the hair and add the conditioner ringing out excess water of course put it in a bun or ponytail before going to workout or do the opposite, put it in dry hair and go on your merry way!! Try to focus on the scalp, and massage the conditioner into the hair/scalp not scratch in circular motion. Well this concludes my blog for the day, enjoy!!!!
Do You Have A Healthy Scalp?

Ok Whether your scalp is healthy or needs a little work, there is always a way to improve! One of many secrets is VINEGAR!! Yes that is right Vinegar it is, look at the sample pictures for more information. Believe it or not Vinegar is great for dead skin removal of the scalp. You simply shampoo rinse add the vinegar mixture scrubbing gently and leave it set for three minutes before rinsing and condition.

Vinegar has many uses that most people fail to take advantage of, or maybe some people don't know the many uses of Vinegar!! The web is a great tool for research. Vinegar adds shine to the hair, and loosens the dead skin known as dandruff from the scalp. It is also a great natural astringent for the face and weightloss! There are many options available for using vinegar such as a cleaning product.

A healthy scalp is essential for the growth of healthy hair! THANK YOU FOR TUNING INTO MY BLOG!
