Hello hello everyone!!!!! This evenings post will be referencing how to improve collagen to help keep the skin and face looking and feeling younger. I mentioned in an earlier post about moisturizing.   It is very important to take care and appreciate the mind, body, skin, and soul!!

When looking for moisturizers it is best to look for serums instead of creams. Why is that ?? Well creams sit on top of the skin and serums absorb into skin. You see, the cells are small and serum has more of a water base versus creams. Serums are soaked up helping to boost the collagen and rejuvenate. A vitamin C serum is a great start for that facial boost! You may also add the serum with melted unrefined Shea butter, olive oil, and coconut oil all mixed together to apply to the body and hair. Portions depend on how many uses your aiming for; just remember to use more Shea butter and less of the other items except for the serum, use equal amounts to the Shea butter if you wish.  Thank you for stopping by!!!

CO-WASH

Hi everyone and thank you for once again returning to my blog!! For those of you that are new visiting for the first time thank you sooooo much for your time! Let's get started shall we? How many of you have heard the term co-wash for hair? Many of you have and many of you have not I presume; that is where I come in to explain exactly what it is.

Co-Wash is short for a conditioner wash without the use of shampoo. Some say that shampoo strips the hair of natural oils and others say shampooing is necessary everyday to avoid the build up of oils and products that may cause dandruff. I guess ultimately it boils down to your own personal preference.

How to do a co-wash. Do you sweat a lot ? If the answer is yes then this may be of use for you! Salt builds up in the hair from sweat causing the hair to break and split. You definitely don't need for that to happen if you are trying to regain or maintain healthy hair. A solution to that would be to put conditioner on your hair before going to workout, focusing on the scalp. It is important to do this because it helps to keep moisture in the hair and the scalp. Do that every time before doing a workout or something that may cause perspiration to your body :) such as working outdoors you get the point, and then rinse it in the shower to keep the scalp free of build up and unclogged follicles. You can do it as often as you wish to protect the hair and help grow it. Always remember salt in the hair is not good, wash immediately!!! When you rinse the conditioner out of the hair, add more conditioner to the hair and braid it up or just let it air dry if you wish and style as you wish. The less heat you use the better for the hair. I believe you can wet the hair and add the conditioner ringing out excess water of course put it in a bun or ponytail before going to workout or do the opposite, put it in dry hair and go on your merry way!! Try to focus on the scalp, and massage the conditioner into the hair/scalp not scratch in circular motion. Well this concludes my blog for the day, enjoy!!!!
Do You Have A Healthy Scalp?

Ok Whether your scalp is healthy or needs a little work, there is always a way to improve! One of many secrets is VINEGAR!! Yes that is right Vinegar it is, look at the sample pictures for more information. Believe it or not Vinegar is great for dead skin removal of the scalp. Vinegar has many uses that most people fail to take advantage of, or maybe some people don't know the many uses of Vinegar!! The web is a great tool for research. Vinegar adds shine to the hair, and loosens the dead skin known as dandruff from the scalp. It is also a great natural astringent for the face and weightloss! Do You Like Lemons?

Lemons should be just about everyone's best friend! There are so many uses for lemons from cleaning, brightening, weight loss and so on. Today I am talking about how to get brighter clearer looking skin. The ingredients I expose will help dark circles under the eye become lighter faster, and lighten up acne scars for some.

Ok well here is the key ingredients are you ready......wait for it.....bam!!!

1. Chick Pea Flour (very inexpensive online) about half cup or less judge wisely

2. Few drops of real lemon juice

3. HALF A TSP of Tumeric

4. Whole or 2% Milk

Mix all ingredients in a bowl into a paste, and then spread evenly over face and neck careful not to get into eyes and mouth. Be sure the mixture is not runny or to thick. Leave it on until dry and then rinse away. Your skin should feel soft and look a bit brighter!!! If you have sensitive skin or skin allergies use with caution and test on a patch of skin first, if complications arise or rashes please discontinue use. Use as often as you wish and have fun with this project.

Create yourself a fabulous day thank you for stopping by!!!

Do you have weak or strong hair follicles/Shaft?

Is your hair starting to escape your scalp like the stages above? How many of you take more time primping and notice what is going on with your hair but choose to ignore the loss of hair, don't care, or really don't know what to do about it? While I cannot cure this condition myself, and it is best to seek consultation with a Dr. there are ways to help improve the condition/if any.

Multivitamins, detox, and water are always a plus!!! It is very important to read all ingredients in hair products and not judge by smell. If possible try to buy products that are sulfate, paraben free and alcohol free, oh yes and perfume free!!! As much as we like to buy shampoos', gel and conditioners that smell great, it can actually harm your hair. The hair can become weak, dry, brittle, and split. Not being aware of what can harm your hair can definitely cause damage! I have included an article with fulfilling information clarifying this topic in more detail. There are great products online to search for paraben, alcohol, sulfate, and perfume free products for the hair. Some products are more costly then others but some are not, truth is would you spend a few extra to regain strength of your hair? I have invested in a few wonderful products and love the results!! Always remember never to brush wet hair, use a wide tooth comb, a detangler of some sort if necessary and less heat or heat protectant!!! Flush your system of toxins atleast once a month or every three months, and replenish your hair with the right products! Thank you for stopping by, and CREATE YOURSELF A FABULOUS DAY!!!
